None. Injector solenoids not activating either from the sound of it.

But the solenoids activate during the Koeo injector test right?

I still think this is a cam sensor/ rpm reading issue. You have more than enough ICP to fire, AE shows an rpm reading but I don't think it has a quick enough frequency rate to show the issue. When watching your video of the tachometer I can see it quickly drop and pick up again. Maybe you can get a hold of an oscilloscope so you can check the cam sensor output?

Yes all 8 buzz just fine.
And holy crap I did not even notice the tach jump around like that!
Just watched it again, good eye.
I have a new OEM CPS that should be here Monday or before from Riffraff.
Going to ohm again from connector at crank to PCM.
And if I bar the motor over I should be able to see the inductive pickup on the crank right?
At least to make sure it still there LOL.

if for whatever reason that cps doesn't pan out, i have an original black cps I can send you that I still carry on the road with me in my 6.7 just in case i come across a fellow 7.3 psd owner in need.. i think i still have 6 at home so I can spare one.. if the signal is week it wont pick it up as fast is needed.. the original black is a rch longer so it will need to be shimmed "IF" your cam gear isnt walking back and forth that is..

is your cam gear welded?

I actually had a old black one in there when the CPS signal was messed up so I switched to the grey in the glove box.
The tach was jumping around with only the ignition on without the motor running.
Swapped to the old gray one in the glove
Box and the signal went to what it is now.
Was unaware that the CPS needs shimming.
The one from Riffraff is OEM gray, should be here soon.
No my cam gear is not welded.
I really hope it's not walking anywhere by itself...
Stock/original 260xxx mile motor.
And thank you for the offer with the CPS.

remember when me and ty mentioned the issues that i had with my motor and the cam gear not getting welded as asked? yeeaaahhh, that is the sole culprit of any issues that arose and my gear was walking over twice the maximum amount allowed.....

i would be checking that asap if your tach is bouncing around..

but then again, if you had the original black in there and your cam gear is still at the proper seat depth then the new shorter cps might not be picking up the signal..

i used a set of calipers.. not the best way but it got me ballpark.. if it is moving back and forth over .008(maybe .08) of an inch, its losing signal.. if it has walked out it could be to close and it is interuping it..

ill find my thread. more info there.

"It'll be fine, put the cam in, we'll sledgehammer the cam gear on" LOL

Ok thank you.

No tach movement at all when cranking with CPS disconnected.
I tried to move the cam gear but it seems real tight.
Going to bar the motor over to see if I can feel it move in and out when changing direction of rotation.
I may or may not be able to get my caliper in there, we will see.
