I'm happy with mine.

It's nice to play with......I'll definitely be using it when towing.

It would be a must have on a stock truck.

Not bad at all.
very smooth.
1-2 hours.

Only thing to watch out for is when your splicing into the 1 and only wire that you have to splice into.

The group of wires that you have to open up was 2 of the same color (grey with brown tracer) one is 18 guage the other is 20 guage.

Telling them apart is kinda rough.

Not 100% sure......but I think it's to send a single to the tranny to tell it to shift.

Because I spliced into the wrong one 1st time and that cause the tap shifter to not work correctly.

Nope.

Grey with light brown tracer.

IIRC you want the 20 gauge grey w/brown.....not the 18 guage grey w/brown.

If you get the wrong wire all that happens is it won't work for 1, 2 or 3 gear.....but you will be able to shift between 4th and 5th.

And the BD gear indicator won't stall lite up in 1-3.
