Can 600hp be a long term reliable truck?

Just like the title states. I've got a studded 6.0. Just about to replace oil cooler, egr delete. standpipes and stc fittings replaced 15k ago. Ficm rebuilt.

My question is.
With a studded deleted updated truck, at 100k now last long term minus typical stuff.(oil coolers and what not).

Post deployment build plans.

64.5fmw
190/75
Reg return with fuel bowl delete and an aero motive setup.
Billet trans
Ported intake
T4 divided up pipes
Upgraded valve train
Ficm tune

Anything missed will be appreciated. But what I'm wondering is, could a build, once all the quirks are worked out last say 40-50k without catostrophic failure.

Thanks zack.

Should last a long time! There's a lot of truck running that type of setup with no issues. The head gaskets may give after time though

Drive it like it's a rental....you may have issues.

Drive it like its your pride and joy, with the odd hammer down...it should last a lot longer.

No passes or pulls on this setup.. due to deployment and asshole bosses who won't give me time to go race... The stock setup had about 8 pulls on the sled track... I know have a full bts trans along with the 600-650 hp so it should be good for a while...

I just installed 190/75s and an s366 on mine with 220k miles. Thing seems to love it.
