Last weekend we put a wicked wheel in his stock turbo and mbrp 4" exhaust and now is puffing blue some even wen warm, the truck is 60,000 org. Miles never ever had a problem w his truck and it's running just fine and no lights on I'm wondering if maybe seals in turbo went?

Yes yes and yes. Unless the truck has so much blowby that it's smoking at idle, very doubtful.

My 366 is leaking right now....

Did you remove the shaft from the turbo when you put the new wheel on? If so that's probably what caused the seals to start leaking

Should we rebuild the turbo or put new seals in the turbo?
