Punisher Truck Won't Start?

I think originally they were thought to be less than that, 290cc came from whoever tested them. They were tested and balanced to 290cc from what I remember. I'm sure they're pretty confident in that...

They are definitely 290's. They were all flowed before being installed in a different truck. Actually they all flowed over 290. It's probably just some debris or something in it so we're just gonna send 'em all out to be cleaned and reflowed. Then they'll be good as new.

I helped Jason bleed the brakes last night. He took it for a spin after I left to test the braking system out. He said it ran well even with the one sticking injector. Said it's loud as hell. <<--I know that will make Danny happy. LOL

before you send all the stixs back, maybe get them to pull that inj and pull the electrical soliniod off and the pull he spool, clean it out, put it back together, with any luck cleaning it out will make it run right again, they ran super smooth in gary's truck at ts, might have gotten a lil piece of debris in it, don't take much.

does your truck still have the 03/04 pump or was it upgraded to the 05

:whs: I was wondering if that was an option, or maybe swap in a top from a known good injector...

Might be cheaper than shipping and such.

Still the 03/04 hpop right now. Gonna see what it does with the stock pump then upgrade to one of Bob's pumps probably to see what a difference it makes.

I believe that is the plan for the injectors before we pull all of them. I'll talk to Jason a little later to make sure though. Really hate to send them all out right now with the holidays and stuff. It'd probably take a while to get them back.

Danny glad to see the truck is up and running again. Glad Jason was able to help you out that way I didn't have to buy it from you. LOL Did I miss something? Where did the procharger go to?

I put everything back to stockish for now just so I could get it running again. I have plans for the Procharger though.

Shipping injects in the am. Pulled the spool valves. Everything looked good and clean. A little rag lint on the screens. Still had a miss on #3 that had little effect on a balance when disabled.
