LOL yeah. Still got the Red one?

Yep I still have it. It's such a smokey pig on the road though, and the solid suspension doesn't make it very comfortable to drive either. I've pretty much dedicated it to the track as my puller at this point, so this new truck is how I get my OBS fix on a daily basis. :naughty:

Finally figured out why my dash squeaks and rattles a lot anymore. Since i never get in the passenger side i crawled over and cleaned it up and found some new cracks. The big one has been there for a while, but the little one is fairly new.

Thats not uncommon on those trucks.

I know, everybody OBS we've had(a lot) have cracked. When i bought the truck the dash and dash pad were in perfect shape, no cracks anywhere. I was so freaking happy cause i finally found an OBS that didn't have a cracked up interior. Within 6 months the dash pad had a small crack, and now 2 years later the dash and dash pad are in bad shape.

But when i bought the truck there was only rust on one body panel(right rear fender) and the tailgate was just starting to rust. Now everything has rust and the bedsides are developing holes. :cursing:

Neither do driving across rough ass fields all summer, or the damn bridge i cross everyday that is impossible to miss potholes on and is known to eat tires. :(

Don't think i have put up any pics of the old OBS that i kick myself everyday for not buying. Dad bought the truck new in 97, brother sold it a couple months before i bought my truck with over 230k miles. Truck was super clean up until the last year or so when being worked to death and living in the salt belt had just started to catch up to it a little bit.

It pulling my back-up truck sometime in 2007.
