Injectors were all good by the ids. Never revved it or anything though. Gonna put ids on it to up rp to look for leaks this weekend.

Ya you really need to do a injector seal test with the IDS. Its really easy to find a leak if something is leaking with the injectors with IDS. It will ramp the injectors up in several steps looking for leaks all the way to 25k with the truck ideling. So basically the truck is at full pressure on the pump and if there is a leak it should see it. Good luck and I am willing to bet that you will find your problem with this test. :grouphug: Let us know what you find out.

Still no progress yet. But the only thing I've found is none of my injectors are torqued to 28ftlb. They are takin 3/4 turn to hit that. Tomorrow were puttin the ids on to try to find the leak.

sure could, not totally likely but yes it could, wonder if the o-rings are trash now since they were that loose, i mean 3/4 turn to me seams like hand tight or snug is all.

I think my torque wrench was way off last time. Usin a brand new one now. It may only been a 1/2 turn but it took quite a bit.

As of right now truck has 150 miles on t and no sign of fuel in the oil. So I think my injectors not bein torqued was causing my issues.
