Welp, got 'er running again, drives great oil pressures are 100% matching at reservoir and right after the oil cooler.. I think I got her dialed in! Thanks for all the suggestions fellas. Good to have ya around -

Put a new lpop, melling, along with a new oil cooler and a pressure regulator on it lastnight, I'm gunna start it once I get the new charger on it. I'm going to put a oil psi gauge in one of the ports in the pedestal and see what my pressure is. -

Turbo is completly locked up now. Obviously there is a supply issue, weather it's feed passage plugged or whatnot, I'm about done with this truck. -

I might be missing something but the only thing that will destroy a turbo like that is lack of oil. And that would explain why it dies and doesn't start again.
