when I did mine last year I went with a combination of LMC and bronco graveyard, I don't remember having to reuse any old pieces.

take the oil cooler back off and inspect the oring that separates the oil from the coolant. I have seen several trucks where someone had recently replaced the oil cooler orings and nicked/ cut the oring when installing the end housing back onto the cooler and it causes oil and antifreeze to mix.

Use the SD dual tensioner on an OBS belt setup? I have never heard of that swap, that would change the belt length as well?

yes I switched to a SD water pump pulley and a shorter belt at the same time. I am getting a 6.0 fan hopefully this week to try. Fingers crossed it wont squeal anymore.

I don’t think it’s any other accessory because it goes away when I take the fan off and drive it. Obviously I can’t leave it like that though. So the 6.0 plastic fan works fine without the spacer? If that’s the case I will find one and try it.

Has anyone else had trouble with their belt squealing after installing a fluidamper and the required fan spacer on an OBS? The belt squeal happens when its warm out and above 2000 rpm, I have determined that it is the belt slipping on the water pump pulley and not any other pulleys trying to...
