    PIS calls them hybrids. I’ve always called them single shots. Stock turbo and hpop. Truck gets 16 mpg unloaded, 13 loaded. Ball joints and shocks were replaced in 2016 along with tires. Brakes probably need a look. Drivelines have both been rebuilt. I haven’t done any work on the differentials...

    5/8 squared orings were cut through. The rest were knicked. Slapped a new set of Alliant power orings and she started up third set of cranking. Thanks guys for all the help. You all nailed it on the head from the get go.

    Ok guys, just put the mechanical gauge on both hpop lines with the opposite side capped. Crank for two seconds and then the pressure jumps to 3500psi and claims to a max of about 37-3800psi. So it looks like hpop is fine. Does this definitively say injector o rings are my problem?

    Yes got the IPR with new solenoid and pigtail from riffraff.

    I've got a gauge and hose put together. Trying to find the female #5orb's were kind of tricky but one of the shops we use was able to put something together for me. I will report back my findings.

    I posted yesterday that I pulled the vc's and cranked but could not see an oil leak. Very little if anything. Hard to tell what was residual oil and what might be leaking oil. Definitely no streams of oil leak at the injectors.

    Billy, I don't have air at my work yard. Are you suggesting it's the orings? I'll have to build a gauge to plumb into the hoses. You wouldn't happen to know what size fittings I would need for that do you? I've got orings coming from riffraff already. Figured it couldn't hurt to do them anyways.

    I replaced it with the IPR today. It sort of looked like a gooey mess where the wires met the connector.

    I cracked my fuel water separator and clean diesel filled the cup.
