I do not have access to AE. My truck does not start and I want to know if I am testing the HPOP correctly. I disconnected both oil lines from the pump at the heads, I plugged one line and on the other I set up a liquid filled gauge with a 2000 psi max rating. I cranked it and I am only getting...- ac3496

I checked every wire coming out of the pcm and idm for voltage and resistance using a pin voltage chart etc. and have narrowed it down to a bad idm. I will keep you guys informed if the engine starts. I will be ordering a remanufactured one shortly Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk- ac3496

How long is the check engine light supposed to stay on?
I scanned it with a live data scanner but the only information that I could see was the rpms. It is a 1996 7.3. Could the computer be messed up? Or is it normal for these old trucks to not give out that much info since they're older? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk- ac3496
