    did you make GH aware of the S2 intake? or did you just stick it on...?? its larger than stock and requires adjustment to the MAF range with in the tune or you will have a laggy pig of a truck.... due to lost intake velocity from the larger intake..... it will make your truck think it has less...

    also the TCM tuning on the 6.7s are so so complicatred.... the 6.4 was far more simple.... it had what you needed and nothing more ha ha, oh off topic... hows that 4.2 pump work?? what did you find were your max durations you could run before you started losing rail??

    did you adjust the "engine RPM limitation map"?? if you havnt you will need to... as your shift points are above what the ECM will allow... also try raising " output shaft speed above which engine RPM limited" that could also be holding you out..... those are the only things that i can think of...

    i think that is about the only real way to make it work.... how have you found it working? does it spike to desieed pressure and then turn off... like almost surge or does it hit 10PSI and maintain it???? im fighting the spike and surge problem ( it bounces in boost pressure once it hits 10 it...
