What is the full freon charge for your truck? How much have you added? All of those cans of freon from the parts store probably add up to more than your system is supposed to hold. plus it was working ok before you started adding more to the system so you had at least some freon in there...

in my experience the van turbo is laggy and hot just driving normal, but wot it is way better. I live at altitude though and most guys at sea level love it. I have a 1.0 housing on my stock turbo and its perfect for my stage 1's.
