Current injectors are Swamps 175/30's that ran very well with Curtis Frost BID (back in the day lol) tuning on a TS chip, But if I gotta yank em and replace I'm going to try something bigger. Cold start upgrades
Yes the factory AIH is useless. I was thinking more like the Cummins heater. The factory AIH wasn't used for starting, it was for smoke reduction when idling.- Big Bore

Cold start upgrades
New trucks start much easier when cold and dont even need plugging in sub zero. I've done the heavy duty GPR, got the good GP's, full syn etc etc. Plugging in is not an option, I'm off grid. I'm thinking of playing around with an intake heater and cold start tunes. Anyone seen or done this?- Big Bore

Ouch on the main bearings. However, that does indicate how much oil the pumps use and or need if they can lower LPO pressure enough to starve the mains. It came with a custom plug for running in single config. I was pretty fortunate to get this one. Jason is a solid dude. I definitely think twins need this. The amount of heat and oil foaming from the restriction really affects driveability. You can feel the oil fading under long or multiple WOT...- Big Bore
