Sweet I would assume so the only difference that he told me was that it's a brushless motor for the diesel one but that shouldn't matter for pump design it's just not gonna be as efficient and not as much power as the brushless if the pump design is the same. Have you had any problems with the a1000 marine pump I bought one but it read on their site that they are not for diesel, I called and at first they said it is fine and then he put me on hold to talk to a senior tech. Yeah I have built engines before and worked on diesel engines mainly cat 3512's and 3304's no my way around them and I think I will build my own system and probably my own regulated return. Hope to get it to the machine shop by end of this month. I hope the heads check out to keep the price down...- Big Red Bus

Yeah I checked out the fuel systems they are pretty spendy the basic one is 675 plus parts and harness, and it's only 67gph, does anyone know what the stock pump runs gph? Was building a parts list this week and seen this, is this an actual boost fooler? It says it's a fuel regulator, just curious will probably put inline regulator in anyways. Nope pretty clean no issues, no pitting no melted or distorted areas from heat that I can find rods are straight enough by eyeballing them that I cant see issues, all the bearings but 1 look new. The guy I bought it from said it came with the truck the previous owner had injectors done at for and went to get it the next day and said it ran really bad so for fixed it said they changed the motor because they found a broken push rod and lifter. Also all the intake valves were pushed into the seats pretty bad first 2 were the worst ones you guys ever seen this?
