What should I do different with the block setup?
This isn't a home made block, it's an engineered block from rough country.
I'm sure their research was done with the lift as it is a well known company and there are huge insurance liabilities with lift kits.
I love the lift, just don't like...
Yea, I thought the lift block was pretty cool too. If u look close there is a set in the middle top of the block and the pin in the bottom.
I like it because I don't loose my 1 ton capabilities.
I always used to hate lifting my trucks and it sagging like chit when I would hook a trailer up...
I hear ya. I have 3 kiddos and need the space. As for the mowing part, for big acreage I have a tractor, for smaller acreage I have a few folks from south of the border. Lol
Here is a pic of the trailer.
As u can see there are rollers installed on the rear. The trailer sits so low that u have to have these for driving into gas stations or other peaks, and that is with a stock height truck. If I hook this to my truck now the rollers would touch on level ground.
Yea I hear ya. I don't have a spacer in the front, just the new lift springs.
The reason I went with this lift is because it was the only lift, that I found, that would lift my truck and still leave it a one ton. The rear has what they call a V block. It's a pretty neat and well engineered...
