Thank you for the reply. I have installed the replacement. We will see how long this one lasts. It doesn't look any different than the one I put in last year.
Bumping this thread because I am about to put in my 3rd Mishimoto. I'm getting tired of putting these in and might go back to the stock one. 1st Mishimoto lasted less than a year, 2nd one right at a year. I've never been off road and pull occasionally. Mainly my daily driver. The 2nd one is...
I'm thinking about going back to the factory radiator. I'll be installing my 3rd Mishimoto on Friday. 1st Mishimoto lasted less than a year, 2nd right at a year. Stock one went at 70. I'm getting tired of putting radiators in once a year.
There's another TSB that tells you how to fix it and gives you the part #. I replaced mine 3 months ago and it quit. Pretty easy. Just follow the wire and replace it. It's like a vacuum line. Mine is ******d and still did it.

I'm using Archoil right now, but I've used just about all of them. Stanadyne, Stabil has one, Hot Shots Secret, PS, etc. I put something in every tank. It's cheap.
Noticed a couple of oil spots in the driveway. Crawled underneath and found the typical oil coming from the back of the engine and bell housing area. Hoped it wasn't the rear main seal or worse. Ended up being the oil fitting to the turbo. The diesel shop I go to also replaced the coolant...
I put one in a few months back. No issues at all. Mishimoto has a video that goes step by step literally even giving you bolt sizes. It's time consuming but not hard at all. I had my laptop in the garage pressing pause between steps. I've got several thousand miles on mine with no issues...
I got the same code a couple weeks ago. Dealer ran a egr test, came back fine. Cleared code, sent me on my way. No issues since. Sometimes the code just happens.
