    Pulse Vacuum Solenoid

Could be anywhere since these trucks are so old. Since you've "tested" the pump and it shuts off as it should, you can connect sections to it and test it after each one to see if it leaks. Your best bet is to go buy an el cheapo vacuum pump (Amazon, Harbor Freight, etc.) so that you can test...

    Injection volume?

It seems obvious after you mentioned it.

    Injection volume?

According to your equation your OBS redlines at 1700 RPM. Does it really redline that low?

    2001 7.3 4x4 needs more hp

I've never heard of that before. AFAIK they started the fine threads at the beginning of the 2003 MY. Did you buy your truck new? If not I suspect coarse threads were put on there sometime before you got it otherwise I don't know.

Coarse thread up to 2002. Starting in 2003 Ford switched to fine thread.

    Fuel pump setup

I put in a new Bosch pump when I put in 160/80s. I have the medium spring in my FRx and I idle at 62psi. I don't mash the throttle (worn tires) but a hard-ish launch to freeway speeds fuel pressure might dip to 55 psi. That's in my GH Street tune. The Bosch pump is super quiet compared to my...

    2001 7.3 4x4 needs more hp

Definitely but the OP does not have single shots. They had a truck with Stage 1's: They want more power without extra noise or changing injectors:

    2001 7.3 4x4 needs more hp

The engine shouldn't be any louder than it is now. This isn't common rail technology so the HEUI is not going to be quiet. Here are the stock power numbers: http://www.powerstrokehub.com/timeline.html You have 250 HP / 505 lb-ft of torque if you have a 4R100 and you have 275 Hp / 525 lb-ft of...

Swapping E99 Cluster with 01-02 Style

I think you're talking about the 02-03 cluster. There was an electrical re-design that started with the 2002 trucks. Things are different (wires, connectors, boxes, etc.) so I don't think the newer cluster would be plug-and-play.

    Pis contact info

Happy to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. This has been my first truly sour vendor experience in the 10+ years I've been buying parts for my truck.

Yes, factory option from the original owner (I'm the second owner). It's nice to have all that juice until you have to replace them (double the cost).

I love my 99 F-350 but Ford sucks.

If you don't want to get a whole system you can buy a Walker Big Truck Muffler and have a shop cut the stock muffler out and put that in.

    7.3 Radiator -2002

Short of installing a fitting as Arisley said you are stuck with replacing the radiator. Mine was cracked and falling apart and I tried some J-B Weld Steelstik. It worked for about a day. I ended up getting a new radiator but I don't have the part number on me.

The new owner. I bought my injectors just before the sale last year. Customer service was spotty when I bought them which should have tipped me off but I was determined to have P.I.S. injectors. Got the new injectors quickly when I sent my cores in and it went downhill from there. My truck...

    New to PSA

Long time listener, first time caller. I registered for most of the PSD forums when I bought my F-250 10 years ago but was never active in most of them so they expired. Making the rounds again to hopefully add something instead of just reading.
