Turbo loses boost/pressure only whe it's gets colder

I can be driving down the road in overdrive with engine at normal operating temp but only when it's below 45 give or take a few, and it's like the wastage or whatever else is I there that holds pressure will let go and the truck looses all power, motor stays running, let off the gas and feather...

7.3 stuck on defroster

Like the title says my defroster is stuck on. You can turn the knob to the vents but it still blows out the defroster. I put manual hubs on about a year ago, so I don't know if that has something to do with it or not. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
