That's kinda my point. Most of the dealers I know of don't take the time to do a head job correctly. It's all about turn and burn. They put a straight edge of them and if they are within the Ford specs they put them back on even if they aren't perfectly flat. I don't think it really has anything...

If the original head job was done at a dealer I would say there is about a 99.9% chance that nothing was milled off when they did it.

I had the same surging issues. Tried tuning, cleaning and replacing sensors. Nothing helped. Adrian sent me a billet wheel and now I can't make it surge at all at any boost level or rpm.

Might have better luck posting in their vendor forums.

I am not trying to argue with you. In the video you have the fuel lab camera one heading then there is a very loud pump noise then the A1000 camera two heading and I dont really hear anything. I just was wondering if I was missing something or what.

Either I am not understanding your last video or it seems like it shows the fuel lab to be a lot louder than the A1000.
