It was indeed the actuator motor. Replaced it and the heat works like a charm!- cbaker32611

I'm his wife, I couldn't figure out his password, so I had to create my own account. Haha. He doesn't know that it is the blend door, he is assuming at this point. He's currently out to sea. He will not be home until the morning of the day we are leaving. A friend of his has already...- cbaker32611
