I have grizzly lockers in the front and back of my off-road rig. The grizzly is a little clunky on the street and it adds quite a bit of roll when you put it in park. In the front I wish I would have put a selectable locker or limited slip in the front though. I had the e locker in a 2011 truck...
No I didnt try to clean it. I probably should have but would have worried about it in the future. The replacement really wasn't all that much so I just put the new one in.
I didnt do any mods to the trans its all stock. Came out of a 2011 f-150. 145k miles if I remember right.

I used a Remflex gasket on it (same ones we use on the mustang) and hoped for the best. Headers are ceramic coated and didnt want to mess up the coating.
If you haven’t watched the video I’m undecided on what gears to run. I have 4.10 in the front and the rear axle is 3.73 so I’m undecided on what axle I’m going to change over. The trans has 2 over drives so that makes me think 4.10 but I’m also only running 32” tires so that makes me think 3.73s...
Oh for sure! Mine just cost $900 so there must be a lot more machining on the adapter. I was originally going to go 4r100 until I found out I can run the 6r.
