Pulled the hpfp and replaced it with a 15+ pump (was going to do that anyways). Replaced the fuel rail along with fuel pressure sensor and regulator. Fixed the issue. I did not install the Exergy MPROP from my old pump but I will next weekend.

Yes, I replaced everything with OEM parts.

It's possible that the diverter within the rail is hitting the regulator. A new, warrantied, OEM rail was sent out by Pensacola Fuel Injection this morning.

The regulator is off of the fuel rail. The metering valve in the last photo is off of the pump. The last pump that went out had metal everywhere. This is a used pump but my new 15+HPFP arrvies today.

You are correct, should be orange coolant. I'm not sure what issues, if any, will come from running the gold coolant but I wouldn't do it for long.
