Looking for more HP KEM, SPE, Spartan??

The cp4 is good for about 520-550 rwhp, the turbo is out of air around the same numbers... Ps some cp4's are weaker than others, I have had trucks not hold rail pressure with the box h&s fuel duration... so there can be a big difference between trucks

Dropping fuel mileage

I generally get 18-19 normal driving... all hghway I have seen 24.8...that's on 295/70/18 terra grapplers and fully deleted with other things I can't talk about lol

Throttle Valve delete

Where is that hose coming from? And the throttle valve is tuned open, but with it being open it still represents a restriction

The ccv is causing that... my truck was deleted at 500 miles, and was black as night with oil residue...the ccv is very dirty on these trucks

Mpd's kit dosent have a plug for the turbo hose...so know you will have to fab up a plug or tape the crap out of it

Each oil change I use a different oil, I didn't just change oils every hundred miles...

The black build up is from the ccv... a ccv kit is really needed on 6.7's a few companys are building them

A track truck could easily use a 3000 rpm converter...

6.7 torque converter cores needed

Depends...stock turbo yes...if you went with a bigger conventional it won't spool like the stocker can so you wana give it a little more rpm to build boost with... The stock turbo does pretty good with a 2000 rpm stall speed... lower hasn't been tested as far as I know, it would prolly do good...

Famous 6.7 tick after oil change

I have used rotella T 15w-40 Rotella t6 5w-40 Valvoline blue 15w-40 Valvoline extreme 5w-40 I'm using mobil 1 0w-40 euro spec with the archoil oil additive right now... Nothing has made a difference, as soon as it warms up its tick city lol I might try 5w-50 next
