I have a cheap scan tool and an sct ts programmer.. will any of this help -

yes I hear the injectors cycle.. cant say that I have tried to listen for them after I crank on them and the tank is almost full. and the rpms are good as well -

the FICM is plugged in correctly from what I can see its ran a few times sense it was put in and there are no codes and it does crank just no start -

installed a set of warren diesel 190cc injectors and replaced the ficm and upgraded the programmer to an SCT TS. well after getting the injectors straightened out I took it for a ride up the gas station and filled it up left the gas station and it died out it started right up and I headed home...
