Cometic head gaskets for 6.0

Can you tune the 5r110 to hold direct?
Can anyone tune the 5r110 to hold direct with the converter locked for a dyno? I would also like a tune for towing with a similar feature, I heard at one time Elite offered a OD delete by using the tow haul button. I have searched but can not find any good write ups on this.
