    Oil cooler replacement..part's needed for the job?

    Unless you're having problems with the GP's, I'd leave them alone. If you do end up changing them, you might want to go ahead and get the harnesses or at least make sure your local dealer has them in stock. They get pretty brittle over time and often come apart when you're removing them.

    won't start when warm.

    When it's cold, the oil's thicker and won't leak by the o-ring fast enough to prevent pressure from building.

    Ok **** this truck

    Those are sensor, injector, and FICM codes. I'd start by looking for a chafed wire or a loose connection. Make sure the FICM connectors are firmly plugged in and give all the wire harnesses a thorough inspection. Might want to return your FICM tune back to stock and see if the symptoms persist.

    New FICM

    This is one way of repairing an FICM. I've never been overly impressed with Dorman electronic parts so, for about the same money, I'd send it in to get repaired and upgraded.

    DTC's

    Here's a couple different files. The first file is a comprehensive Ford DTC list. They're sorted by group and not continuous numerical order so use the search function to find a particular code. The other file is straight from the '06 manual. DTC's start on page 11.
