Ok so I just uploaded a custom tune from gearheads on my mini max. Is it suppose to say anything on the screen about custom tune or will it just say performance level like always? It said it uploaded and everything. Just haven't had a chance to drive it to see if there's a diffrence.

Yea, I know what you mean, cause these trannys have that active learn technology. So you basically have to reprogram it

Cool! Thanks bro. That's exactly what I'm looking for. That "stock" feel but with plenty of power. I've heard a lot of good things about the gearheads tune, that's why I went with them. Still waiting on them to email it to me. Once they email it, is it pretty simple to upload to the truck?

I ended up going with the gear heads tune. Waiting on them to send it now. I guess I'll run it for a while and if it's not what I want then I'll order the one from spe. I'm just wondering if you can tell a big difference from the custom tune and the one already on the h&S?

I'm really just looking to get the most for my money. Sounds like the spe is a bit more power than the gearhead

Yea, I'm use to my 6.0. It seems like now that I have a 6.7, a lot has changed. I'm not real sure what all is out there for a 6.7. I'm having to learn some things all over again! Why do you not like the spe tune and why do you prefer gear heads? Like I said I don't really know who all has tunes...
