Good to know, next time cab comes off, this will be done! my cooler was replaced 2 years ago, after it epic failed, then I did the studs, so, when I get back from Saudi...i'll take the ol boy to the shop and get it done! that is a sweet setup!

could be a bit of rust...did it smell like fuel?

even with all of the flushing, couldn't you still get some residual from the original problem? I know I did when my oc went on mine...just stuck a rag in the coolant tank to soak anything up and topped off with coolant until I stopped seeing oil.

Found problem...FICM shot!!! Now to get the cash together to fix it!

until it cools off for 15-20 min, alst throws a different injector code just about every time...also while running rough, no throttle response in drive, only in park/neutral...thoughts?

Needing to do injectors on my 6.0. Anyone have a tried and true, simplified method on how to do this? and if there is a thread on this with instructions, this fat kid would be very interested! Thanks y'all!:popcorn:

Not going to loi, when i first opened this up, I thought it was going to be someone asking "How do I make my 6.0 whistle like that? is there some sort of tune?" LOLLOLLOLLOL

My wife flipped when I had mine done too, because i mad the mistake of doing mine one at a time. EGR cooler first, then oil cooler, then headstuds. I didn't have the time/tools to do it myself, so it all was done in the shop, so cost of parts + labor = 1 angry woman!

considering the amount of labor involved...that isn't a bad deal
