Okay thank you for the response that what I figured. I see there are a ton of options out there for tuners. Any you recommend in this case cheapest is better for me so I can get the truck gone and be done w it!

I just got done replacing the CP4 and fuel system on this truck and finally got it running. Runs great besides the reduce power flashing on the truck. I pulled the codes and it is all 4 banks of the EGT sensors. I looked underneath and it has no sensors on the exhaust and the wires just hanging...

I dont know the desired vs actual pressure yet. The truck it at my house and am trying to have a local mechanic friend come to the house to check that for me but I feel like the pump is the issues just wanted to make sure I didnt miss anything to obvious.

Thanks for the replies. I also forgot to mention the truck only has 23k miles on it, mostly towing. Id there a chance I can take it off and just clean it and hope.
We have a 2005 6.0l at work which is having trouble with towing heavier loads (8k plus lbs). Truck runs great and rips as it should under no real load but the second we put some weight behinds it going up hill we have the wrench that comes on and it goes in to limp mode. We get codes P0299...

Yes that is correct. The hole is round and the motor is now out of the truck. I had it out in a little under 3 hours got sick of dealing with it in the truck going to go over the motor full on and make sure every seal is new!
This is the big plug in the head on the passenger side rear. I have tried everything even welding a nut to it but it wont come out dam thing is stubborn. Im trying an air hammer today and if that dont work im just going to pull the motor again
Thats the weird thing though the heat did nothing, and I had it pretty damn hot, Idk if it wasnt hot enough but like I have to walk away for a few hours after the heat because she was so toasty
I also think before i deal with welding it (I do have a new seal and end cap) I might try to cut a small hole in the firewall to get a pry bar in and hit it with a hammer. I assume its the threadlocker that is stopping it from moving and not the torque, a swift hit or 2 might break it free...
Yeah the square 1/2 hole is now a round 1/2" hole. I think I would have had the motor out and back in if I had just started that way. Ill see what I can do with the welder.
