Summit also has a flowmaster for diesel truck that is in 4in. I had one on my truck for awhile it was to quite for me so I went straight pipes. That muffler would probably be what you were looking for. Its not a straight trough though it uses there internal deflection design.

Do you have an Egr delete ? Id start there and and work towards more air in and more air out. Intake and exhaust even just deleting the cat and muffler is a improvement if you dont have the cash for a turbo back system. Here is a quote form eric at IDP about egts "International recommends...

And on a side note just because a sensor is new doesnt always mean its good. Ever go to autozone and get a "brand new " alternator or starter that didnt work ?

And you have a new oil cooler ? Since the eot and ect are both located on the oil cooler housing if they took it out they could have damaged the connectors or wiring, damaged the sensors or cleaned it with the sensors still installed. They dont like varsal or brake cleaner to much. I dont know...

On the factory pump on the frame rail there is a tan/ light brown connector that has to be unplugged other wise that pump will continue to run on burn its self up and the start throwinf cel codes. Its the one on the fwd side at the btm or top i cant remember which

I had a similar issue new oil cooler, headgaskets, and studs. With the stock turbo in the ect and eot were pretty close then I swapped to a bigger turbo and starting getting high eot temps. I assume the added power and the fact that ford decided to have a turbo that only has oil flowing through...

The tan colored connector on the stock pump is disconnected correct ? You are using the AD as a stand alone pump correct ? I would pull the adjustment screw / regulator out and check for a broken o ring or one of the springs inside could be damaged or binding.

Just found a pic of the turbo before I installed it. It looks stock unless you put it next to a stock one than you can notice the big difference in size. If i remeber right 1 yr warranty

Are you talking about the regulator on the AD ? Are you doing it running or just with the key on ?
