I agree it was nice of 6.0 Tech, however it's not his problem. I am just floored that a company sells products for turbo rebuilding, specifically catering to one market, literally doesn't know the dimensions of the products they sell. To be honest, I'm not sure. A buddy has it, pulled off of his truck for a KC unit. Im sure it has quite a few though. I'm okay with a little quieter than what a 38r is. I had one 11 years ago on my first 7.3, and that damn siren/ howling noise they make can definitely get old. It's stupid, but...- ghohouston

Yes, if KC sells a chra that is supposed to accept both the exhaust and compressor housings of an original 38r, that should absolutely accommodate a factory turbo option (exducer side, seeing as an original 38r and oem super duty turbo shared the same exducer, 38r having a larger comp wheel...- ghohouston

Stumped again
Just another thought here, I've see a handful of times, truck will crank but after a few revolutions get weak, and it's caused by loose battery cables, and it refuses to fire the injectors. I'm talking about cable ends you have to put some good force on in order for them to rotate, but still...- ghohouston

Needed- 7.3 42 pin connector- male/ truck side, not engine
Anyone on here have a 42 pin connector and harness laying around they'd sell? The harness and connector that connect TO the 42 pin engine harness, not the engine harness part itself. Looking for the connector with wires and pins in tact, only need 6-8 inches of the harness out of the connector...- ghohouston

I've seen a hpop make pressure dead headed, but guess it wasn't supplying the flow. Had me stumped for a bit. I felt bad because i had diagnosed as worn out injectors (it did have a little miss to it before hpop failed). Replaced injectors and still wouldn't start. Iirc, it would build hp oil...- ghohouston
