Update: I'm still fighting this surge just above an idle. I still believe it's linked to the EBP somehow as it seems to jump at the same time the motor surges. I tried unplugging what I thought was the EBP sensor that I replaced earier in this thread but my mini-maxx is still reading EBP. It...
My friends 2011 was having trouble with low boost and it was throwing a code for the DEF heater. Clear the code and it would run fine. Ended up d-leeting it for not much more than what ford wanted for the heater.
I installed one a few weeks ago and am pleased with it. I like the fact I can just glance under the truck and tell if they have any water in them. Pricey but if it saves the fuel system just one time it will pay for itself.
I'd contact no-limit and get the following
1 Minimax/********
2 E-G-R removal kit with elbow
3 Full flow pro 4 or 5in. Personally I like the 4 for easier install.
4 Coolant filter
Stock intake is decent on those if you aren't looking for max power. Otherwise I would save up for a 6.7
Has anyone tried to add a factory locker? Mines currently open and I don't feel like dropping the cash for a TT when a factory locker would suite me fine for the once a year I'd actually need it.
