Quality OEM replacement front bumper for '05-07 F250
Does anyone have experience with a supplier that provides a high quality OEM replacement front bumper for the '05-07 F250/350? Ford has these marked as obsolete and I am trying to avoid fit/finish issues. Thanks.- GRN250

WTB: 04-07 OEM chrome front bumper
Looking to purchase a damage-free OEM chrome front bumper to fit a '05-07 F250. Prefer the whole front bumper assembly with upper cap if available. If an aftermarket mfg. makes a replacement bumper with the fit/finish of Ford, please let me know. Thank you.- GRN250

Ported 7.3 heads
Does anyone have pictures, of the intake area of their 7.3 ported heads, they would be willing to share? I am looking for increased performance for a daily driver/play truck and not full-on racing/pulling. Considering attempting the task myself. Thanks.- GRN250

6.0 Fuel pressure question causing no start?
New leads arrived and no issue found with crank position wiring. A used PCM, with same strategy, was acquired and installed. As soon as the truck reached the required hpop pressure, it fired off and ran as long as the throttle was slightly applied. Thanks for all your help and input to narrow... -

The frequency between pins 30 & 40 ranged between 163-175 hz. Resistance between pins 30 & 40 measured 358.1 ohms (through crank sensor). Still haven't checked individual conductor resistance. -

Should have searched prior to posting but found several videos of the 6.0 injector buzz test using different software/test instruments and my injectors sound identical to those on the videos. The "buzz" I am hearing is apparently normal. The AE software actually runs the test three consecutive... -

All the injectors have a defined click but three have a buzz sound. The buzz sound is what I am accustomed to hearing on my 7.3 injectors during a buzz test. The AE software indicates the test passes. It could be I am comparing two engine injector sounds that are nothing alike. -

The P2552 error cleared today without touching the FICM. The plugs are locked in place. I ran the KOEO test and it passed again and the Injector buzz test said it completed successfully but only three of the eight injectors actually buzzed this time; the other five injectors just clicked. The... -

I have not checked the Crank sensor wiring to the PCM plug yet. The voltage is staying above 10v while cranking and I am leaving a battery charger/booster connected to make sure the starter gets steady voltage. I don't have access to an oscilloscope. Attempted to get the injector pulse width... -

The block was clean under and around the cam sensor. The original sensor sensor was replaced with a new OEM sensor. Haven't recorded the injector pulse width yet but will try to get it later today. Thank you. -

Checking between pins 43 & 31, frequency measured 1.22 but the voltage was a steady .09vac. Is this an indication the new cam sensor is bad? -

The wiring has checked good when checking continuity from one end to the other with less than 5 ohms on each conductor. The wires measured 872 ohms when measuring through the sensor. Will try to measure the frequency and AC voltage tomorrow if weather permits. Thanks for your suggestions and...
