The kit was awsome quality...but....THe Down pipe i had to massage it and the firewall.. Biggest thing is the welds on the down pipe only i was less then happy with thick and fat allmost look cold 5/16 raised welds had they spent 20 min longer and just tig welded it it would make a much better...

Hydra... Some vendors will also kinda barter with your ts for a few $$ towars the new hydra..

My dual setup never moves from 68 on my 238-100 same line sizes as you. Exsept where you have 3/8 i have 5/8

So you put a new bed on and did a few other things my bet is its the tailight housing wireing or any wireing that came with the new bed. Other then that no wires have changed.. Just a thought. Thats where i would start. Disconnect bed and see if fuse pops again
