Sold my 16 f350 and got an 18 f250. Loved my old tyrant tunes and it sounds like everyone still thinks they are the best. Can I swap my old block off plates and exhaust over? Do I need to find a dealer to do a transmission reset or can tyrant tunes take care of that? Thanks!

No idea if this will help, but my 2016 started getting high trans temps and it turned out my secondary radiator was low. Lots of people told me it was normal but when I filled it up, temps came right down.

Just out of curiosity what is the danger zone then? Clutch fan comes on at 238 or so and I've seen 245 very briefly.

Well I was almost a gallon low in the secondary cooling system. Got it filled up and seem to be running much cooler now. Not sure how I missed this but thanks for the help guys.

I've got a 2016 off-road f350 with tyrant SOTF. My temps are almost always around 220 for the trans and 230 to 250 when towing my 16k box trailer. All fluids look normal and the dummy gauge is always in the operating range but this seems way to high. Doesn't matter what tune I use, it runs hot...

I love my medium duty but it doesn't have the power of my cummins for sure. Although it feels so much more planted towing I can get over it.
