Figured it out. It was a broken wire in the plug for the mass airflow sensor just in case anyone else runs into the same issue. -

The passenger side stand pipe was disconnected from the supply line to the rail. After that was fixed it fired up in like 30 seconds. There's a pic back on page 4 -

Sorry I wasent logged in. Yes I change the stand pipes. They came with my head gaskets. As for the dummy plugs he's right, it doesn't have them it's an 03. Yes log style that connects to the stand pipe by a braided line with STC fittings on both ends. -

No I don't hear anything in usual. I set the dowl to 6:00 like I heard you were supposed to to prevent engine damage. I'm gonna start taking it back apart and see if anything jumps out at me, double check all my connections.
