Same here I bought two 6.4's and love them. Been raping all kinds of cars racing. 170k on the clock and hasn't blown up yet. Just slips a little on the 3-5 shift. The other truck is still under construction.

Im jealous of the steel pistons they come with to handle more abuse. The thing is with these new trucks I didnt think there would be any emisison remove tuning available with the EPA crack down which is why I didnt think it was going to have those huge HP numbers.

Seems pretty much on par with a 6.4 I was pretty skeptical when I was watching these guys say 620rwhp with just intake exhaust and tune.

Sorry I mean harness from TCM to the transmission

I would look into the wiring harness that goes from the ECU to the TCM. Inspect the whole thing ohm out all the wires. This is a long shot but on the 6.0 the electronic cooling fan clutch shares the same power supply as the transmission sensors/power. When the electronic fan clutch shorts out...

OP curious what made you switch over if your 6.4 was running nice and pulling strong. I have a 6.4 single cab and love it.
