Little late on a follow up but been busy with work and such. but the issue was Battery's were weak and starter locked up all at same time..was weird. Thank you everyone who replied

Yes I applied a power jumper wire from battery to the right or ( male ) side of the round connection and it did nothing. also I have checked all fuses in both boxes passenger side and under the hood and all of them are good.

I had a small hole in the freeze out plug on bottom of the water pump took forever to find it and like 6.0 said the upper hose is bad to leak especially if it is a 1 gasket design.

I understand its not a regular valve body it has a series of seven solenoids used for electronic shifting so a solenoid body i am just wondering if there is possibly an issue inside the body I have never cracked one open so have no idea. at this moment I have no way of setting up to check line...

I have no way of checking line pressure in gear. one would think since the error code still persists that the refurbished solenoid isn't working properly especially since now a new symptom occurred after the install of the solenoid that was not there before. Also these codes can be associated...

Sorry for late update life got in the way but for anyone checking this post out it was found to be a combination of a very small pin hole in the freeze plug of the water pump and a leaking 0-ring on upper radiator hose can not figure out why there was no leaking under the truck possibly just...
