I have those brake lines... No leaking. But i can see how it could leak if someone isn't careful enough to clean the mating surface on the caliper since the "flange" on the Carli are a little larger than the Ford ones. Some dirt trapped in between could prevent an adequate crushing of the copper...
I had traction bars on my 2016 f250 and yes i confirm it made a big difference in the way it shifted. I will probably install a set on my new truck but the torque is still really manageable with the stiffer springs on the new '17 f350. The hard let off is not felt with the normal 600 HP, just...
I got it through Jeff and you have the options of v2.01 with normal or raised shift schedule... All with Quick response tuning. But only with the 600 HP tune at this time. Didn't try the normal one since the raised fits my style of driving better.
Oh yeah! It is actually not as brutal as a 310 spar tan tuned 6.4 but it is the closest thing :D
You just gave to get used to the enhanced pedal feel since when you let off the gas after wot it feels like you are slamming the throttle valve shut... Even though there is no throttle on a diesel...
No it is 2mm bigger, 68mm. It has a little turbine whistle since it is a 10 blades and a lot of compressor sound. I like it!! I didn't notice any more lag compared to stock... Almost seems to spool faster actually. I mainly made the swap because i hated the "woosh" vacuum cleaner sound of the...
I'm running the 600 tune on my ap 6468 vgt. Wasn't too satisfied with the early shifting but this new 600 beta 2.01 raised shifts and quick response tune just made my day!!! It drives effortlessly... Almost makes me forget about my 2008 spar tan 6.4 lol seems a lot stronger than my patriot tuned...
I thought anything was safe with stock fuel... Seeing how some people are running dual fuelers with stock blocks
Hope the '17s hold up more to the abuse
There was only two pins listed for the '16, 34-35mm and only one for the '17, 35mm
I can't believe no one already have opened an engine that was installed in a '17 truck? :p
I have been following all your turbo progress and developments in the 6.0 section... The increased airfow on a 6.7 will make your works even more worthwhile :D
