Hey sorry I’m late replying. But no I don’t have instructions. I’ve installed 2 of these before though, and it’s very straight forward like any other lpfs, aeromotive regulator, big pump and filter etc. It comes with the big draw straw, but me personally I like a sump better.
Bed rails and or cab mounts. If the cab mounts are shot which they probably are the cab would sit lower than normal too. The bed rails are easy to replace though with basic steel tubing, I’ll post up sizes and measurements when I get parked for the day.
I haven’t seen any failures yet, we have several 550s that are hooked to heavy trailers daily and not one failure, all ranging from 21-23 models. I’d be curious to know who’s building these 10 speeds.
Just an idea, but I had similar issues before on a truck, I checked my ebp sensor and the pigtail connection was ripped and had broken wires. Replaced the pigtail and all problems went away.
