everyone talks about the truck always defaults to defrost when somethong in the heating system goes down. my truck is stuck in the dash vent area. won't move anywhere else. I've already taken the glove box out and played with the actuator behind it. moving it up and down does very little to...
info on where one would find it and test it? I see there's an actuator with a metal rod the pulls up and down next to the blend area. I've moved it by hand up and down but all that one does is mix some of the air to the floor. if I can even find out how to jusy make it blow defrost for the...
Alright I have a 2004 60 when I bought the truck it was summer time and I didn't think much of it and was just using my air conditioning and it was blowing out of my front vents now it's starting to get colder up here in the northern Pennsylvania area and I realized that my climate control...
alright guys I'm sure this topic has been covered but I haven't been able to find the issues I'm having that had been discussed. I have a 2004 f350 ccsb my oil temp readings are wild. it will be 180 one second then go to 230 then back to 170 then to 190 then to 180 just up and down alot. is that...
Alright I have a 04 4 door short bed with around 173k on it. The oil temp and coolant temps have always stayed real close untill last week I was driving an noticed my oil temp was like 218. Then it jumped to 240 back to 200 then to 170 and back to 210 and continued to jump around. Is it possible...
I unplugged it and my truck made more boost but the turbo barked every time. Sitting here idling my truck is around 57 psi on back pressure. My map kpa is about 14 psi at an idle. Also my vgt duty cycle does not move much away from about .65. Truck runs okay needs an injecot that I'm replacing tmrw.
I've noticed lately that if I'm driving and I let off the throttle quickly the turbo barks like every time... I don't believe it should do that unless I'm really beating on it should it
What would cause my truck to keep pressure on the coolant system hours after the truck was started ? Its been nine hours since my truck was running and I opened the cap and fhdfe was still pressure. Bad rad cap? I shut the egr off on my tuner even tho it's still on the truck.. Could that cause it?
Alright so on my sct x4 my ebp is reading about 60psi at idle and anywhere from 80-120psi while driving. I cleaned the sensor yesterday along with the tube. Nothing much happened what are the limits for this and should I get a new sensor.. What happens if the sensor reads too much pressure?
