Bump stops? Sled pulling 7.3 powerstroke

Possibly.. But i doubt it its never been this bad. Even with winter fuel i usually get 12-13 i dont really drive my vehicles hard and i go 80 miles and my gauge is halfway between full and 3/4... Its a little off but last time i checked i went 80 miles then filled it up it toke 8.43 gallons...
