From my understanding they have to be flashed by ford for your truck. I could be wrong. -

The switches have good power and ground. They are also working correctly which leads me to believe its a gem issue. I need to know how to test it. -

Early build 99 door ajar/GEM issues
I bought this truck with this issue. The gem is reading the door ajar switches backwards. Doors closed the ajar light is on. Open the light goes off. I've swapped switches with good ones and same issue. I cut and flipped the positive and negative wires on plug and still same issue. That seems to... -

6.0 injector cup
Tools came in today. Got the tap and the threaded attachment for the slide hammer. Also the installer. It came with a small tool also called the alignment tool. I'm confused about how that's used to align the cup. I'm going to fab up a slide hammer today because the ones I have are too long! -
Issues after 7.3 swap
It's a 1996 motor and trans. When it came out of the donor truck it drove and shifted fine. Now the speedo doesn't work, when you put it in hear it high idles. Especially reverse, it wants to fly. It has horrible hard shifts and when you get out of throttle and back in there is a delay and it... -
