From my understanding they have to be flashed by ford for your truck. I could be wrong.

The switches have good power and ground. They are also working correctly which leads me to believe its a gem issue. I need to know how to test it.

I bought this truck with this issue. The gem is reading the door ajar switches backwards. Doors closed the ajar light is on. Open the light goes off. Tools came in today. Got the tap and the threaded attachment for the slide hammer. Also the installer. It came with a small tool also called the alignment tool. I'm confused about how that's used to align the cup. I'm going to fab up a slide hammer today because the ones I have are too long!
