Southbend Clutch Info

I've had that clutch in my 97 CCLB for almost two years now. I haven't had any issues and can't really complain about drivability with it. I haven't really noticed any noise from the clutch but everything else makes noise on this 300k mile truck so I just might not hear it.

Fuel smell in cab

Take a look in the valley first and see if you have fuel there. If so dry it up and make sure that it is a new leak. How long ago did you do the pump?

Wanting to swap carpet for vinyl floor

Mine is a 97 but I will be installing the vinyl floor from LMC this week. I got it last week and I have had it laying out ever since, hopefully it will go in smoothly.
