I have everything to go to a t-4 set up its off a van and would be running a van turbo is that gonna be okay when it comes to towing as well?- Spickerman6.4

D66 for 97 stick
I just bought a 97 with a 5 speed. It is bone stock. I'm turning it into my toe right to haul my gas pulling truck to the track. My cousin has a D66 turbo laying around that I'm thinking about getting. I'm going to be hauling around 8-10,000lbs. Going to be sowing the basics for now exhaust...- Spickerman6.4

D66 turbo with 1.0 housing good for towing yay or nay?
I just bout a 97 7.3 stick and I found a older d66 turbo off my cousins truck. It's all stock nothing done gonna be doing exhaust, chip, intake and turbo just for now gonna be towing around 8,000 to 10,000lbs. I'm getting the turbo for like nothing just seeing if I should go another route for turbo- Spickerman6.4

Im not sure i would have to email Eric on that one to find out. Ill be taking it to the dyno at the beginning of next month to find out results. My SCT is crap for reading things. Its not and off road tuner it was converted to one.- Spickerman6.4

I'm running 330 extreme x tune from IDP not sure on rail pressure yet my SCT live wire doesn't read rail pressure but from what I can tell it had no issues running them. Very snappy and quick response Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk- Spickerman6.4

Well guys found out the problem VGT module crapped the bed. Got it all back together last night took it for a ride and all I can say is oh my god! Stock fuel pump had no issues keeping up with 30% nozzles as i can tell so far everything looks and the sounds with the 6oh manifolds unbelievable...- Spickerman6.4

Last weekend i did 30% nozzles high rev valve springs and lifters, push rods, 6oh manifolds. Took truck for a ride was turning rpms very slow, had little miss to it. Now it won't go past 1800 rpms. im waiting on tunes from innovative to see if its a tuning issue but wanted to see if anyone had...- Spickerman6.4
