    Have you tested fuel pressure someplace before the head? or Other head? That is too much pressure it would mechanically lock the injectors.

    Like 6.0 tech said. I don't remember all the details but there were some issues with the early 6.7 engines. Not everyone had problems, but they did occur more frequently in that year.

    Pan looks great. Also put a wrench on the valve body bolts make sure they are not loose. If the convertor drains back to the pan, it will usually still eventually pick up fluid and move. Does the problem only occur on cold start up? Or will it act up while driving?

    I think my issue with it popping off was to do with the cheap return line I got. Had to try 2 or 3 times to get it to seat properly. I did finally get it to seal up.

    Certainly get the pan pulled and see what you can. I have heard of filters falling off. Also valve bodies coming loose.

    My understanding is that an E4OD should move forward or backward without electronics. So that means you would have a loss of fluid pressure. Probably pull the pan and inspect. Maybe the filter is loose and it is sucking air? Or fluid is low?

    Have to pull the door panel. Yes there is a pivot point on those lock rods. Crazy, I know there are a thousand pictures of it on the internet but can't seem to find one. Guess our stuff is getting too old.

    I have a 95, Had to replace one actuator on the rear doors. Not an uncommon thing for those to fail.
