For the beta testers with SOTF, has the 2-3 shift been smoothed out? Or is that something ost will be able to smooth out?

They have been answering the EPA questions not yours. . They're catching up on everything they have had to put aside for months to save their business. I'm sure they would have taken care of you in a very timely manner, but you're not their only customer, and definitely not top of their concern...
