Don't ever drive a new body style ram... hoods look like they are going to fly open as they shake down the highway..

I'm thinking on grades towing might be worth holding it in 4/5 and spin faster up hills rather then letting it stay in 6th locked and lug up the hill like I've been doing on cruise control. Boost just raises usually doesn't ever downshift.

Makes me think the next time I'm towing the toy hauler I should take a moment and click the EZlynk switch down a few clicks...

Have you had chris play with the vanes at all on your 15+ charger? I could be wrong but I don't think the vanes are adjusted from the stock Map, just fueling/timing etc.

Sounds like a perfect set up for most. Good DD, tow rig, and enough to have fun at the track. Mid 500's to 600's with the right set up and stock like spool would be awesome.

It has a separate map in the ecu for this mode. Doesn't change power levels just adjusts when the stability control turns on and how much and slight shifting they say. So I'm really curious to see if you feel the difference.

Jomax's 2017 Daily Driver "build"
Nobody really seems to know haha. Something with the stability control not kicking in and some claim it changes shift points slightly....
As much as you drive maybe you can give everyone a real world experience

Ya that must be it. I have a 15 so no sport mode for me. Just remember the f150 guys doing it with one of the buttons

If you press and hold traction control can you shut off the stability control/traction control? Or does that just switch the 17+ into the "Sport Mode"

The stock 15+ turbo seems to be choked up on the top end drive pressures climb fairly quick. Wouldn't throwing another charger in the mix on top of the stock vgt make that even worse? Unless guys are able to open the vanes up in the tune and free up some flow.
