Low temperature 6.4 thermostats
You might make sure the thermostat ear didn’t slip out of the lip indention on the housing. I recently installed a set and actually had to bend the ears out a little so that it didn’t slip off the housing. If they do slip off it’ll act just like a thermostat is hung open.- webb06

08 F450 6.4 smokes after 4 minutes
Seen this before as well. Drain intercooler. Or drain oil and see how much excess you get. -
07 6.0 starts and immediately dies
Got this truck back in the shop today and got it figured out. After watching sync and ficm sync I noticed that when it would die ficm sync would change to “no” right before it shut off. EGR delete weak link
Easiest thing to do is to the remove the egr crossover pipe and put the block off plate directly on the passenger side up pipe. Then remove the bung for the ebp tube, drill and tap the plate and screw in the bung. Then bend the ebp tube so that it’ll bolt down on the top rearmost valve cover...- webb06

Was the cab removed when the mechanic worked on it? The hpfp harness would not have been touched when replacing rockers or injector. Is the security light flashing when it cranks no start? -
2014 F350 traction control code

Body control module issue after bed replacement
Is the take off bed from the same year model truck? The grey or maybe white connector on the passenger side inner frame rail is different from year to year. Or maybe that connector isn’t plugged in? Seen this before when we attempted putting a 21 model bed on a 2017 truck. Caused exact same issues.- webb06

2020 6.7 overboost limp mode?

2020 6.7 pickup T&D for several years but customer says recently it has started being low on power after a hard WOT pull. If you’re running 60 on the highway and go wide open it’ll set you back in the seat as expected and you can run it hard all the way up to the speed limiter. Boost reaches...- webb06
